The Amazing Magnetic Child!

This story is straight out of Taiwan, this child's body is actually magnetic and so is his fathers. Watch as they hang silverware and an iron off of their bodies... just plain nuts! Right at the end of the video he says it all started after he was in the army. You gotta wonder what kind of experiments they were running in that country!

He is not the only one though! Check out this guy from Malaysia he has some of the same strange "powers." Here is a couple clips, this guy can actually pull a car with ease!

  1. Now that is crazy! I wonder what really causes that? Any thoughts?

  2. WTF! X-Men anyone?

  3. yeah they need to bring in science to figure this out

  4. No.. Actually it's because of the Christ Almighty that he is able to do such miracle things...

  5. Which one of the X-Men is Christ Almighty?
I know it's not the one with pointy hair?

  6. Hey, this looks like David Copperfield 1.01 - a nice trick of a grown up gets great emotional support because he is able to involve his child in the trick.
    Nicely done.

  7. i wonder if he can climb up metal walls 0_o

  8. The response is simple:

    "They are... HEROES"

    xDDD

  9. A scientific explanation would be that he has high amounts of some magnetic heavy metal running through his veins.

A religious explanation would be that God has blessed these men with extraordinary powers so that they can use them for the good of all of man kind.

  10. Actually, a better explaination is that they're just using the surface friction of their skin to 'hang' the items, and it is a trick of the camera angle to make it look like it is sticking.

  11. Yep, that would explain it. Notice how they only get it to stick to bare skin. Any "magnetisim" would be able to work through a thin layer of fabric if it could hold something as heavy as a six-pound iron.

LMAO at the credulous comments about miracles and Jesus earlier in this posting.

  12. if they did it through clothes, you'd say they're cheating with magnets in their clothes >_>

  13. To the guy who said it was the friction of the skin...How could the father just throw things on the kid and get it to stick then? I don't think he could throw something perfectly to get it to stick on there.

  14. Clammy hairless skin & smooth shiny metal, normal close surface attraction.

  15. I think that the possibility of a person actually having enough ferrous metal in their body to make a six pound iron stick to their skin is almost physiologically impossible.

Our bodies naturally try to eliminate foreign particles from our bodies. For this to work, there would have to be an absolutely incredible density of metal in the body, which would lead to all kinds of growth defects, adverse medical conditions, and other nasties. Metal concentrations of these radial proportions would almost definitely be incredibly toxic.

Furthermore, if it was really magnetism, it wouldn't be handed down from father to son. If they really WERE magnetic, they would have had to somehow consume enormous amounts of metals; the entire family might be magnetic.

Finally, watch the segment of the clip where they're sticking eating utensils to the boy. Someone on the right is trying to stick a fork to the boy, and they keep rubbing it up and down on his shoulder. You can do the same thing with a spoon to force it to adhere to your nose.

This movie in no way demonstrates that either person is magnetic.

  16. this is a actual known condition, its caused by the iron in your blood becoming magnatised, usually happens due to polarity of the earth geographical pull.

    ReplyDelete
  17. does that mean the father and son repel? why has no one thought of that yet?

  18. Yeah this is fake. I just stuck a plastic calculator to my chest. Notice how they lean back when putting something on?

  19. i happen to be an expert on this type of thing and its definitely real. i studied biomagnetic superheroism in college and all of us in the field agree at least 10 percent of the population suffers from Bio Ultraferrous Neotroporamic Kichigumi syndrome, or B.U.N.K. for short. i also have a similar power which was given to me during an alien brain scan.

  20. A little talcum powder on the oily skin will cure the magnetism problem.Everytime!

  21. To those who want science to investigate and find the answer: Science will NOT find the answer because scientific folks will begin with the assumption that it is impossible, and then, without ever questioning their a priori assumption, will declare that since it is impossible it doesn't happen, and since it doesn't happen there is nothing that needs to be investigated. Therefore, they will NOT investigate, and therefore they will NOT find the real answer. Instead, they will substitute facile "explanations" based on their a priori assumption, not based on actual research. This is how science works when faced with something that violates their basic assumptions, which is why erroneous assumptions (like the flat earth and the geocentric universe) are so stubbornly persistent.

duh... of course science can explain. easy trick.

  23. Run them through a Catscan, if the die or break the machine they are most likly magnetic. If the live and the machine shows a normal view they are full of shit. I say bring back the witch trials and see if they sink.

  25. Actually this is real. Just recently discovered my son and myself can hang spoons from our nose, ears, cheeks, chest and back, infact all parts of our body. My son covered himself in 5p peices one day. Honestly!!!! Think loads of people must be able to do it, but nobody really tries!!!! Only found out from son fooling around, or would have never known!!
